Spatial NetWorks new WatchLink technology is now available free for all residents of Florida. WatchLink provides automatic web based reporting of the FDLE sex offender database for the entire state. Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist provides a link to this valuable service for use by all Florida residents on his consumer web pages under CHILD SAFETY at http://myfloridalegal.com/.
The data is drawn from the FDLE online data site but instead of requiring research to find out offender locations and details the service automatically sends the information to the consumer, requiring a one time selection and registration. Residents can access a pre existing list of public and private schools, daycare and aftercare centers to get custom reports of offenders in the areas where their children attend school and play. Any other home, school, work or play address can be entered as well and a custom report generated. Updates are sent as specified by the user for immediate notification or weekly reporting.
While other web-based services give information about the locations of registered sex offenders, WatchLink shows residents these locations in relation to their home, school, daycare, office or any other place of interest. Pictures, names, aliases, convictions and complete physical descriptions are available in the full report. The report is linked to an easy-to-use interactive map that provides the user entered location and specified surrounding area.
Attorney General Charlie Crist says “Protecting our most vulnerable citizens is the highest priority of our State. By providing parents with another tool to fulfill the responsibility of looking out for children, our neighborhoods are that much safer.
For additional information about WatchLink technology and how it tracks and maps registered sex offenders and sexual predators, please visit http://login.watchlink.us/how-it-works.html. To sign up and start getting your free report now, go to http://login.watchlink.us and enter in your information.

You see air cannons in action just about every night in arenas and stadiums around the U.S. and the world. Air Cannons, Inc. has added the convenience of shrink wrapping the T-shirts so it’s more convenient for the shooter to blast out more T-shirts in a shorter time. And they’ve added new products that can shot into the crowd.
Air Cannons have been featured lately in such shows as “American Chopper”, “Pimp My Ride” and a commercial for ESPN. Air cannons are used as a marketing tool at events to excite the crowd, but also brand the sports team or their sponsors. Besides shooting T-shirts, the air cannons can also shoot other items that include coupons or other branding material.
Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, had this to say about air cannons in his January 15, 2007, blog posting: “The minute the T Shirt cannons or slingshots come on the court, field or ice, every man, woman or child of any age is up screaming their head off trying to get a free T Shirt . They have no idea what is on the shirt. They know the chances of getting one are slim, but it doesn’t matter. It’s T Shirts gone wild.”
With the new shrink wrap service, each T-shirt will be wrapped in plastic and ready to launch, providing a nice professional look when a person catches the shirt. The shrink wrap also protects the T-shirts from dirt and scuffs in case it hits the ground. Previously, T-shirts were wrapped in tape or rubber bands to keep the T-shirt together while in flight.
Air Cannons does the printing and rolling of the shirts so they are ready to blast out when the client receives them. This saves time, money and hassle from having to roll and bind hundreds or thousands of T-shirts.
Air Cannons is also offering new and innovative products that can be shot into the crowd. Air Cannons can have custom promotional products developed that symbolize your company and are perfect for launching out from an air cannon. Ideas include bottles, cans, stuffed animals and soft toy cars. Promotional products can be imprinted with coupons and contact information. With hundreds of possible shapes, stress relievers will provide a unique marketing tool for companies.
“The new shrink wrap service will help our clients shoot more T-shirts and products into crowd and increase their branding,” said Jake Wilson, co-owner of Air Cannons, Inc. “We know the crowds light up when our cannons come out during breaks, and we’re looking forward to seeing that happen more often with our new shrink service and the greater variety of products shot into the crowd.”
For additional information on custom air cannons and blastable promotional products, contact Adam Whitney or visit http://www.aircannonsinc.com. They can help you customize an air cannon to excite the crowds at your events.

BI Incorporated, the nation’s largest provider of offender monitoring technology and prisoner reentry solutions, announced today a major advancement in its Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking technology. Available immediately, BI ExacuTrack AT, an active tracking system for agencies monitoring community-based offenders, will have voice capabilities, meaning officers can call clients on the GPS tracking unit from anywhere at any time.
This product enhancement strengthens BI’s long-term commitment to meet the requirements of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, a law that included several provisions to protect communities from registered sex offenders. In particular, the Walsh law authorized up to $ 5 million annually in grants to state, local and tribal governments for GPS monitoring technology that included two- or three-way communication such as that being offered by ExacuTrack AT.
“GPS tracking is one of the highest forms of supervision outside of prison. As agencies move to next generation technology, such as ExacuTrack AT, they know they are using proven tools and support services to comply with these requirements,” said Bruce Thacher, BI President and CEO.
The new technology is protected by a portfolio of intellectual property including several patents recently acquired by BI. These patents clear the way for BI to provide a greatly enhanced feature set not currently available in the market. In total, BI now has more than 20 U.S. patents and 32 worldwide patents for electronic supervision technology, with the most recent acquisitions covering a variety of technologically significant GPS and voice transmission capabilities. Unlike other GPS vendors, BI has no pending patent litigation.
BI supports its community corrections agencies with a state-of-the-art national call center, staffed by highly trained specialists dedicated to the intensive supervision of individuals in the community. These trained specialists provide agencies with 24/7 support for a variety of technologies and systems, including the responsibility to forward violations and reports as needed. “We’re proud of the fact that our call center is 100% focused on the intensive supervision of individuals in the community, something most others in the industry cannot say,” Thacher added.

WhatSheBuys, a specialty boutique retailer featuring world-class, best-of-category brands for her, him and child, announced that it has added the new innovative Britax Frontier Car Seat, a combination 5 point harness car seat and booster, to its best-of-category selection for car seats. WhatSheBuys became an authorized retailer of Britax Car Seats in 2006 and has now added the new Britax Frontier model to its offerings.
The new Frontier model is considered a combination booster youth car seat that combines a forward facing 5-point harness car seat for children up to 80 lbs and 53 inches with a belt positioning booster for children up to 100 lbs and 60 inches. This model continues an important push to keep children safe in a 5-point harness car seat as long as possible. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for children ages 1 through 14. Diligence has resulted in a higher rate of infants and toddlers in car seats and consequently lower death rates due to car accidents in the 0 to 3 age group. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia research conducted in 2002 concluded that only 16% of 4 to 7 year olds were using a car seat or booster. Child safety advocates have been trying to educate the public on the benefits of using a seat belt, booster or car seat for the 4 to 7 year old group. The success of the 5-point harness Britax Regent Youth Car Seat and the release of the new Britax Frontier combination seat further emphasize the trend to improve child car safety for this age group by using a 5-point car seat.
“We are very pleased to offer the new Britax Frontier combination seat because it focuses on the 4 to 7 year old segment”, states Cathy Kamimura, Chief Buyer at WhatSheBuys. “Sadly, we become aware that a child was killed or seriously injured in an accident through our sales. Shortly after news hits, our sales of Britax Regent car seats spike as parents research the best 5-point car seat for bigger kids. The new Frontier offers the same 5-point harness, but also has side impact protection and converts to a booster for children up to 100 lbs and 60 inches.”
Kamimura reports that initial sales of the Britax Frontier are very strong and have beaten expectations.

Emerging growth company, IronGate Security Networks, the industrys first security as a service provider for the home, today announced the expansion of its website, http://www.IronGateSecurity.net, to include a dedicated investor relations section. The IR addition is designed to provide investors with greater understanding of corporate objectives, market dynamics, and additional resources relating to company transparency and communications.
According to the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, there are approximately 119.5 million households in the United States. Of these, 78 percent are broadband-enabled with children 6-17. This equates to a primary target market of 93.2 million households for IronGate Security Networks.
There is nothing for the consumer to buy. Instead, IronGate Security Networks charges a monthly security service fee for its wireless family firewall, which also includes a myriad of management, security and reporting capabilities. At $ 29.95/mo., the revenue potential of the target market is $ 33.5 billion. With 5 percent market penetration, IronGate Security Networks expects to surpass $ 1.68 billion in revenue; at 3 percent, the Company reaches its target of $ 1 billion in revenue.
IronGate Security Networks solution iHomeDefender has no direct competitor. It is a complete, zero-touch wireless family firewall security solution, which means a parent has nothing to install; the company does it all system configuration, user set-up and home installation. Unlike traditional software security suites, there are no per client license limits, there is nothing to take up disk space and nothing to slow computers down. It protects all web-enabled devices in the home network.
Parents who are tired of yelling at their kids to get off the internet or stop playing online games will appreciate the automatic network control features that can limit individual web access time, and also specific web applications, regardless of what device their child uses. For example, a parent can have Facebook turn off at 9:00 p.m., but have the Internet say on until 10:00 p.m. so that a child can get homework done.
Additional content filtering and website blocking features give parents the ability to block not just porn, but an unlimited number of undesirable websites, as well as prevent access to 70+ categories of web content, ranging from alcohol and tobacco to weapons on a per child basis.
